If the property you are buying is up to $1 Million, the only other charges would be : Title Insurance ,Land Transfer Taxes, Title Searches and Registration charges. HST is applicable. Includes legal fees and disbursements.
We will include 1st time home buyer Land Transfer Tax rebate affidavit and form required for Non Resident Speculation Tax.
Mortgage Refinance fees From $800
If you are refinancing up to $800k, The only other cost would be title insurance, Regn costs, Searches and applicable HST unless the mortgage instructions have conditions etc which cost more time. We always talk to you first before charging anything extra.
